St Elisabeth's is partnering with St Augustine's in Wilmette, to provide shelter and food to families experiencing homelessness the week of May 3-9. Please contact Robert Fischer to volunteer to assist by providing meals or overnight coverage.

At 8:00 am, a spoken Holy Eucharist (Rite I) with contemplative musical accompaniment. At 10:00 am , a sung Holy Eucharist (Rite II) with congregational hymns and service music, featuring the St. Elisabeth’s Choir (September through June) and instrumental accompaniment.

In this Easter season, as our youth prepare for Confirmation and we get ready for a visit from our bishop, let's reflect together a bit about the Church. What is it? Why is it? How do we organize ourselves? What is a bishop for? And why does any of it matter to your life?

The St. Elisabeth’s Bible Study group meets weekly on Thursdays at 1:30 pm at the church. We work through books of the Bible together, in a discussion facilitated by Fr. Spencer.

Music has the power to affect and to change us, and it is a foundational part of our ministry at St. Elisabeth’s Church. It is a universal act of prayer through which we can find deeper meaning in our spiritual practice, and greater connection in our community.

It’s time to get ready for Spring! Meet at the Church at 9:00 am on Saturday, May 9. We’ll put away the winter things, wash a few windows, and haul out items we don’t need anymore for Glencoe Trash Day.

It’s time again to host diners at the Evanston Methodist Church. On Thursday, May 14, we will need help with preparing sack lunches at St Elisabeth’s and then preparing a hot meal at the Methodist Church, located at 516 Church St, Evanston, IL 60201

Our next Sunday evening worship and potlucks is coming up on Sunday, May 17. We will open the church doors at 4:00, and worship begins at 4:30. After that, we will enjoy some great food. The meal commences after worship.

We will gather on the front lawn for our annual Parish Picnic. Please bring a dish to share.
